What you will do

• Identify and onboard new talent while building strong, long-term partner relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners regarding programming, marketing, and finance.
• Manage channel setup, content publishing, and training on platform tools and CMS.
• Develop and execute growth strategies based on partner performance metrics.
• Collaborate with product teams on new features like extensions and co-streaming.
• Surface sponsorship opportunities and report on key growth metrics to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in partnerships, ideally within gaming, streaming, or online entertainment.
• Proven ability to onboard and train partners on platform tools and processes.
• Strong analytical skills to track, analyze, and optimize partner performance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective partner management.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams.
• Must be able to work onsite at our Melbourne office.
