TL;DR

Account Lead Digital Partners (Telecommunications): Leading digital transformation across new and existing partnerships to build a digital distribution pipeline with an accent on digital sales and partner performance. Focus on designing partnership strategies to digitize customer experiences, managing complex commercial relationships, and optimizing P&L performance across mass market partners.

Location: Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote). Must be based in Melbourne or Sydney, Australia

What you will do

  • Develop and drive digital sales from traditional partners to build a new distribution pipeline.
  • Manage business, contractual, and commercial aspects of third-party relationships with new and existing digital partners.
  • Implement partnership strategies to digitize the customer experience across mass market partners, including affiliates and marketplaces.
  • Guide digital sales performance and compliance using reliable metrics and benchmarking.
  • Own the customer P&L, manage commissions budgets, and drive sales conversion across all major product lines.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align partner sales operations with digital platform strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital transformation and digital sales.
  • Strong commercial, contractual, and business competence.
  • Ability to develop and implement comprehensive partnership strategies.
  • Strong leadership and collaborator management skills.
  • Experience in managing budgets and analyzing financial performance.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire change.
