What you will do

• Launch and own a specific category in Australia and strategize its scaling.
• Build relationships with influencers and execute on-app and in-person activations to grow the audience.
• Develop a robust pipeline of sellers, including resellers and shops, and advise them on business growth.
• Collaborate with the GM of Australia to determine future category expansions.
• Analyze data to develop actionable growth strategies and provide user insights to the product team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in client-facing roles (Strategy Consulting, Private Equity, or tech partnerships).
• Proven track record in business development and executing target pipelines.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment with limited guidance.
• Strategic thinking skills to convert research and data into actionable plans.
• Must be based in Australia.

Nice to have

• Experience at high-growth startups or creator-focused marketplaces.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Personal experience buying and selling in online marketplaces.
