Implementation Enablement Specialist (SaaS)

Implementation Enablement Specialist (SaaS): Designing and delivering enablement programs for the implementation organization with an accent on workforce readiness and customer onboarding excellence. Focus on building role-based learning pathways, creating implementation playbooks, and optimizing the time-to-value for new customers.

Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in-office in Bloomington, Minnesota)

What you will do

• Design structured onboarding and ramp programs for new Implementation hires to accelerate readiness.
• Develop implementation certifications, playbooks, workflow guides, and customer conversation frameworks.
• Translate new product features and process updates into actionable implementation enablement assets.
• Create and facilitate instructor-led workshops, eLearning modules, and scenario-based training exercises.
• Maintain a centralized internal resource hub to ensure enablement content is accurate and accessible.
• Analyze program effectiveness using metrics such as time-to-productivity and escalation reduction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Education, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in enablement, training, or L&D within SaaS or technology organizations.
• Experience supporting implementation, onboarding, or professional services teams.
• Strong instructional design and facilitation skills.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and learning technologies.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid (3 days/week) in Bloomington, MN.
