What you will do

• Design and deliver end-user training for the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and enterprise tools.
• Manage the IT onboarding curriculum to ensure consistent technology enablement for new hires.
• Produce diverse training content including live sessions, walkthroughs, and self-service resources.
• Maintain and govern IT knowledge base articles within ServiceNow.
• Analyze support ticket trends and feedback to identify and address training gaps.
• Collaborate with IT stakeholders to ensure documentation remains current and compliant with standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or IT.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT training, technical enablement, or knowledge management.
• Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience working in a regulated industry environment such as medical devices or life sciences.
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks (v4).
• Strong written communication skills with attention to documentation quality and accuracy.

Nice to have

• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow Knowledge Management module.
• Proficiency with content authoring tools like Camtasia or Articulate.
• Conversational proficiency in a second language.
