Salary: $80,237 - $139,077

What you will do
- Lead the KCS coaching program by training and mentoring teams on KCS principles and standards.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and feedback loops to improve knowledge creation and adoption.
- Validate knowledge articles for quality, accuracy, and adherence to content standards.
- Partner with sales and go-to-market teams to ensure new hires are equipped with accurate, reusable knowledge.
- Monitor KCS performance metrics and provide actionable insights on adoption and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Product, Support, and Training teams to align on content priorities and messaging.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 5+ years of experience in Knowledge Management, KCS, or Coaching.
- Strong understanding of KCS methodology and coaching practices.
- KCS v6 Certification or comparable professional experience.
- Experience supporting Sales Enablement or onboarding programs.
- Familiarity with knowledge platforms such as Salesforce Knowledge or ServiceNow.
