What you will do
- Manage the full inside sales cycle including lead qualification, prospecting, product demos, and closing via digital channels.
- Generate outbound pipeline for North American enterprise accounts using Salesforce, Claude, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Qualify inbound inquiries to ensure a high-quality buyer experience from first contact to conversion.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data, activity logs, and forecasting within Salesforce.
- Deliver customized virtual presentations and proposals tailored to prospect needs.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Integration teams to optimize the customer journey.
Requirements
- Up to 1 year of full-cycle inside sales experience or at least 1 year as a top-performing SDR.
- Experience in SaaS or technology environments managing both inbound and outbound motions.
- Proven ability to sell exclusively via digital channels (video, phone, email).
- Technical aptitude to discuss APIs, SDKs, and platform integrations at a conceptual level.
- Must be based in Mexico.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with executive-level audiences.
