What you will do

• Ideate and run experiments across growth channels including partnerships, events, hackathons, and social media.
• Optimize user onboarding and the overall experience on the platform.
• Build and engage an early community of researchers, developers, and builders.
• Track performance metrics, share learnings with the team, and iterate fast.
• Pitch and execute original ideas to drive platform growth.

Requirements

• Available to start immediately and work full-time for 6 months.
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate comfortably within ambiguity.
• Experience organizing events, building an audience, or launching a side project that gained traction.
• Strong intuitive feel for communities, culture, and virality.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
