What you will do

• Manage day-to-day content publishing across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube using Sprinklr.
• Monitor platforms for emerging trends and cultural moments to identify reactive and proactive brand opportunities.
• Engage with communities by responding to comments and discussions with speed, warmth, and brand alignment.
• Manage blog content publishing through WordPress.
• Track and report on performance metrics to provide insights for content decisions and audience behavior.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and marketing teams to align community activity with campaign priorities.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing social media platforms and communities.
• Deep familiarity with internet culture and trending conversations ("chronically online" mindset).
• Proficiency with social media management tools like Sprinklr and CMS platforms like WordPress.
• Experience using Gen AI tools for trend monitoring, reporting, or community management workflows.
• Strong analytical skills to translate performance data into actionable insights.
• Must be based in Toronto, Canada
