TL;DR
Growth Marketing Manager (SaaS): Leading the conversion funnel roadmap and testing to increase the conversion of existing traffic into customers with an accent on CRO and landing page optimization. Focus on building a rigorous experimentation engine and improving paid acquisition journeys.
Location: Hybrid in London; must be based in the UK and able to work from the Farringdon office at least 4 days per week

What you will do
- Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) across paid acquisition journeys, landing pages, and the marketing website.
- Build and lead the experimentation program, covering hypothesis generation, prioritization, implementation, and analysis.
- Manage the performance of high-intent website experiences, including pricing and solution pages.
- Partner with Performance Marketing to optimize message-to-landing-page fit for ads and keywords.
- Collaborate with Studio, Lifecycle, and Product Marketing teams to deliver high-impact customer journeys.
Requirements
- Proven track record of improving conversion through structured experimentation with measurable business impact.
- Experience designing and running A/B and multivariate tests with a rigorous analytical approach.
- Strong commercial judgment regarding messaging, conversion psychology, and UX.
- Deep understanding of paid acquisition funnels and how targeting and on-site experiences interact.
- Fluency in analytics, heatmapping, and session replay tools.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the UK.
