What you will do

• Manage day-to-day social presence across X, LinkedIn, Bluesky, and Discord.
• Translate product launches, change logs, and customer stories into clear, actionable social content.
• Maintain a balanced content calendar featuring education, community spotlights, and ecosystem conversations.
• Monitor the builder ecosystem to amplify developers and AI-focused workflows.
• Analyze platform performance metrics to iterate on content strategy and improve engagement.
• Collaborate with Dev Advocates, Product, and Support teams to ensure timely and accurate communication.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing social media for a technical, developer, or AI-focused brand.
• Strong technical fluency to understand and explain product features to developer audiences.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume brand handles, including reporting and monitoring.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to make technical concepts human and accessible.
• Strong operational habits for managing calendars, intake, and approvals.
• Data-aware mindset with experience using analytics to drive social performance.
