What you will do

• Own the top-of-funnel for Beacon Network membership and define quarterly acquisition targets.
• Drive the engagement loop through signal contribution, member-to-member introductions, and peer roundtables.
• Execute the category visibility program via industry events, partner co-marketing, and analyst engagement.
• Act as the primary source of member feedback to inform the product and partnerships roadmap.
• Collaborate with the Chainabuse Growth Lead and the broader Marketing organization on positioning.
• Operate as a one-person team, briefing contractor and AI resources to ship initiatives quickly.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience scaling enterprise member networks, industry consortiums, or B2B communities.
• Public track record of measurable network growth and community building.
• Demonstrated AI fluency, using AI tools daily for content, research, and analytics.
• Domain credibility in compliance, fraud, or risk management.
• Experience managing peer roundtables and executive dinners end-to-end.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Professional background in crypto, AML, fraud, or cybersecurity.
• Prior experience operating within an ISAC, ISAO, or industry consortium.
