TL;DR
Director, People and Culture (SaaS): Shaping the people strategy to support the next stage of growth for an advertising platform with an accent on organizational design, leadership effectiveness, and change management. Location: Hybrid (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays on-site in downtown Toronto, Canada)
Salary: $150,000 - $170,000

What you will do
- Partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness to build high-performing teams.
- Coach managers and senior leaders to enhance leadership capability and performance management.
- Design and implement people initiatives, including talent management and succession planning.
- Guide the organization through growth and transformation, managing change and ambiguity.
- Drive employee experience through engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
- Lead and manage the People & Operations team, overseeing both HR and Office Operations.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Toronto, Canada
- Experience as an HR Business Partner in tech, SaaS, or high-growth environments.
- Proven track record of coaching senior leaders and managing complex people situations.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational execution.
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of how people decisions drive business performance.
- Experience leading change management and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
