What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a global team of HR professionals, ensuring AI handles repeatable tasks while humans own judgment-intensive work.
- Provide direct HRBP coverage for executive and senior leaders and act as the escalation point for complex employee relations and investigations.
- Own the operational integrity of the People tech stack, specifically HiBob (HRIS) and Deel (payroll/contractor engine).
- Identify manual, high-volume tasks and implement AI-powered replacements for contract drafting, leave management, and benefits queries.
- Oversee payroll operations and employment law compliance across NA, LATAM, and EMEA.
- Manage global People programs including talent cycles, engagement surveys, and strategic onboarding.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of progressive HR/People experience in the technology sector.
- At least 2 years of experience managing a team in a global, fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience as an HRBP or People Ops leader supporting 500–700 employees in a professional services or consulting environment.
- Employment law literacy across at least two of: NA (specifically the US), LATAM, or EMEA.
- Hands-on experience with HiBob and Deel (or equivalent platforms).
- Track record of designing and shipping AI-powered HR workflows.
