What you will do

• Lead schedule development and performance analysis for advanced engineering programs with values exceeding $200M.
• Develop and manage the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) integrated with the budget.
• Ensure EVMS compliance through rigorous audits, health checks, and critical path analysis.
• Mentor and train team members in scheduling best practices and program management tools.
• Integrate subcontractor and material data into the master program schedule and reconcile data with contract modifications.
• Coordinate with IPT leads and PMs across multiple major geographic locations to ensure timely deliverables.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 8+ years.
• Demonstrated expertise in EVMS and scheduling tools.
• Deep experience in defense or federal contracting and government procurement cycles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel across geographic locations on limited notice.
