Salary: $170,000–$190,000

What you will do

• Manage vendor relationships and act as primary liaison between internal teams and vendors.
• Oversee contract adherence, performance tracking, and escalation management.
• Define and implement operational workflows and support models using ITIL and DevOps principles.
• Establish and monitor SLOs and SLAs, develop dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement, including automation and AI-driven process optimization.
• Manage budgets, contract renewals, and vendor spend reporting.

Requirements

• Must work EST hours and be located within 45 miles of specified US cities for hybrid work.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in vendor management or business systems.
• Experience with ITIL, DevOps, and enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, Boomi, Gong, and Snowflake.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed, global environment.
