TL;DR

Sr. PM Process Manager (Aerospace): Identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities for program management within the Space and Defense group with an accent on standardizing business processes and cross-functional coordination. Focus on mapping workflows, designing future-state processes, and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.

Location: Onsite in Buffalo, NY (Plant 20 facility in East Aurora)

Salary: $110,000–$150,000 Annually

What you will do

  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities across the division and group.
  • Develop, revise, and maintain standard work guiding program management responsibilities.
  • Simplify, standardize, and integrate complex business processes.
  • Map current workflows and design future-state processes (process design and development).
  • Lead cross-functional teams in improvement initiatives and audit systems for compliance with standards.
  • Collaborate with leadership, engineers, and analysts to build business cases for improvement.

Requirements

  • BS Degree in Engineering or Business.
  • Minimum 5 years of program/project management experience in aerospace, defense, or highly engineered manufacturing.
  • Minimum 2 years of program management experience within hirify.global.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong analytical reasoning.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and team collaboration skills.
  • Must have access to U.S. export-controlled information.
