What you will do

• Serve as the Control Account Manager (CAM) for Advanced Programs.
• Maintain and update the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), ensuring alignment with milestones and resource plans.
• Act as the primary material procurement liaison, overseeing requisitions, receipt verification, and kitting operations.
• Coordinate the planning, organization, and completion of engineering projects within the assigned area of responsibility.
• Identify and drive continuous process improvement initiatives to boost project execution and documentation quality.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of experience or a Master's Degree with 1-3 years of experience.
• 3+ years of Project Management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience building relationships across functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP.
• Project Management proficiency and experience with Earned Value Measurement (EVMS).
• Background in a defense company with engineering or manufacturing experience.
• Experience with DFARS (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement).
