What you will do

• Own and manage the POA&M for assigned proposals from RFP/RFQ release through submission.
• Coordinate contributors across pricing, technical, past performance, and management volumes.
• Manage Legal and Finance review windows and ensure timely incorporation of their inputs.
• Ensure proposal consistency and strict compliance with all RFP/RFQ instructions and evaluation criteria.
• Maintain and improve the proposal knowledge base, including templates, boilerplate narratives, and reference data.
• Integrate the Cost/Pricing Analyst AI Agent into the proposal workflow.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience managing federal proposal development.
• Familiarity with FAR Part 15 source selection and evaluation frameworks (LPTA, Best Value, SSEB).
• Working knowledge of Shipley or equivalent proposal process methodology.
• Strong project management and professional writing/editing skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual to conform to ITAR regulations.
