Lead Data Informatics Analyst / Lead Program Performance Analyst (Defense)

Location: Must be based in New York state (Remote NY or onsite in East Syracuse, NY)

Salary: $115,700 - $150,500

What you will do

• Administer enterprise program management tools including Cobra, ProPricer, and MOPS, managing user access and compliance controls.
• Develop and maintain custom automation solutions to support program controls and business operations.
• Provide SME guidance on the development of program cost and schedule baselines, including IMP/IMS and WBS.
• Analyze program performance (historical and predictive) focusing on EAC, variances, and overall program health.
• Perform advanced scheduling techniques such as critical path analysis and schedule risk analysis.
• Mentor and train staff in EVMS, scheduling best practices, and program control tools.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen (subject to government security investigation).
• BA/BS in Business, Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in program controls, performance management, or U.S. Government/defense contracting.
• Strong expertise in EVMS knowledge, variance analysis, and IMS/IMP development.
• Proficiency with MS Project, advanced Excel, and Deltek Cobra.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational data concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience with Schedule Risk Analysis and Risk & Opportunity Management.
• Knowledge of C# or PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Familiarity with EVMS compliance frameworks, such as ANSI/EIA-748.
• Experience with Open Plan or similar scheduling tools.
