What you will do
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Recruiting and Learning systems, including ATS, CRM, and LMS.
- Design scalable, future-ready architectures and evaluate emerging technologies to support global operations.
- Drive automation of manual workflows and lead system integrations using APIs, middleware, and data pipelines.
- Establish data integrity standards and partner with analytics teams to enable actionable reporting insights.
- Leverage AI-enabled capabilities such as candidate matching, chatbots, and content generation to optimize processes.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for system architecture and data flows.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in recruiting systems (ATS, CRM) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong experience in system configuration, architecture, and administration.
- Proven track record of leading medium-to-large complexity technical implementations.
- Strong understanding of data models, reporting, and system governance.
- AI fluency, including familiarity with AI/ML applications in HR and learning platforms.
- Must be based in one of the specified US locations (Bellevue, Chicago, San Francisco, or Washington DC).
