Compensation: $183,249 – $230,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own the platform product strategy and multi-year roadmap, aligning it with portfolio needs and AI initiatives.
• Define and manage API, data, identity, and integration surfaces, treating internal product teams as customers.
• Lead and coach a team of platform-focused product managers to operate with technical depth and product judgment.
• Partner with Engineering leadership on architecture decisions, build-vs-buy strategies, and delivery planning.
• Drive the platformization of shared AI capabilities to enable curriculum-grounded features across product lines.
• Establish and track platform metrics including adoption, reliability, delivery velocity, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree required; technical or advanced degree preferred.
• At least 12 years in product management, with 5+ years leading product teams.
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions at scale, specifically platform or infrastructure products.
• Demonstrated experience working AI-natively and shipping AI-forward products in production.
• Strong technical fluency to engage credibly on architecture, APIs, and data models.
• Ability to travel up to 30% with a valid driver's license and insurance.

• Experience in EdTech or regulated data environments (FERPA, COPPA).
• Working knowledge of student data privacy regulations.
