What you will do

• Partner with Talent Acquisition and People teams to identify technology and AI opportunities improving employee lifecycle processes.
• Design and build shared platform integrations, data services, and automations to accelerate AI-powered People solutions.
• Manage vendor evaluations and platform architecture to ensure scalable, secure People Technology capabilities.
• Prototype and deliver AI and automation solutions enhancing employee and candidate experiences.
• Steward core People systems like Workday and Greenhouse for reliable and secure operations.
• Balance near-term delivery with long-term platform investments to reduce duplication and speed development.

Requirements

• Must have at least 5 years related experience or equivalent education (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD).
• Experience managing enterprise People platforms (Workday, Greenhouse) and integrations using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.
• Knowledge of Recruiting/Talent Acquisition processes and technology.
• Experience experimenting with AI tools for automation and solution building.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end technology initiatives simplifying complex business processes.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical and business needs across teams.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI-powered workflows, agents, or applications using AI APIs or automation platforms.
• Proficiency in coding or querying (Python, SQL, JavaScript) for automation and integration with source control and CI/CD practices.
• Understanding of compliance and security standards relevant to People data (SOX, GDPR, data classification).
