What you will do

• Lead day-to-day HR operations across the US, optimizing processes and service delivery standards.
• Own and optimize the HR technology ecosystem, including HRIS, PEO, EOR platforms, and ATS integrations.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to align hiring plans, headcount tracking, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Oversee benefits administration, annual enrollment, and liaise with brokers and carriers.
• Manage payroll administration and develop workforce metrics and dashboards for decision-making.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant tenure in HR Operations for companies with 1000+ employees.
• Proven experience leading HRIS implementations and system migrations.
• Expertise in supporting multi-state workforces and managing PEO/EOR platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment laws.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in technology, mobility, robotics, AI, Hosting, Telecom, or semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience working in high-growth environments.
