Senior Manager – HR Operations

Location: Austin, Texas, United States; onsite. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.; remote work, relocation, and visa sponsorship are not available.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day HR Operations across the United States and improve processes, workflows, service standards, and employee lifecycle experiences.
• Own the HR technology ecosystem, including HRIS, PEO and EOR platforms, ATS integrations, workforce management tools, and process automation.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and business leaders on workforce planning, onboarding, organizational changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, annual enrollment, provider relationships, and resolution of employee inquiries.
• Manage employment compliance, employee relations matters, workplace investigations, performance improvement processes, and policy updates.
• Maintain workforce metrics, dashboards, HR documentation, employee handbooks, policies, and reporting for business decision-making and audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant HR Operations or HR Shared Services experience in an organization with more than 1,000 employees.
• Hands-on experience leading HRIS implementations, system migrations, and integrations across HR, payroll, benefits, timekeeping, ATS, performance management, onboarding, and learning management systems.
• Experience supporting U.S. multi-state workforces and administering payroll, benefits, HRIS platforms, and compliance programs.
• Experience working with PEOs, EORs, contingent workforce programs, and employment vendors.
• U.S. work authorization is required.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in technology, mobility, robotics, AI, hosting, telecom, semiconductor manufacturing, or another high-growth environment.
