TL;DR

What you will do

• Own and optimize post-sale workflows across Customer Success, Professional Services, and Sales-to-CS handoffs.
• Build and maintain GTM systems in Salesforce and adjacent tools to reduce manual work and improve data quality.
• Define KPIs and create dashboards for retention, expansion, onboarding, and customer health.
• Project-manage enablement initiatives, process rollouts, and change management for GTM teams.
• Diagnose operational bottlenecks and implement high-impact automation from requirements through launch.
• Create lightweight playbooks and process documentation to ensure consistency as the business scales.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in RevOps, CS Ops, Sales Ops, or GTM Systems within B2B SaaS.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Excel/Sheets modeling.
• Demonstrated ability to build and document cross-functional processes from scratch.
• Excellent communication skills to translate needs between GTM leaders and technical teams.
• Experience with CRM administration, workflow automation, and BI dashboard creation.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco, CA.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or hirify.global.
• Experience with customer lifecycle processes, including renewals, retention, and quote-to-cash.
• Proven track record of designing SLAs, handoffs, and executive-ready reporting.
