What you will do

• Architect comprehensive GTM strategies across all sales channels, geographies, and segments in partnership with executive leadership.
• Lead strategic initiatives including sales performance optimization and customer funnel conversion analysis.
• Drive global market expansion by evaluating opportunities and optimizing resource allocation.
• Create data-backed narratives to influence senior-level decision-making and business change.
• Build and scale new processes and systems in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in GTM strategy, planning, and operations, preferably in management consulting or high-growth Enterprise SaaS.
• Deep expertise in the B2B technology lifecycle, sales cycles, and customer success metrics.
• High proficiency in leveraging Generative AI and LLMs to automate operational workflows and enhance data storytelling.
• Intermediate to Advanced SQL proficiency and expert-level Excel skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, economics, or quantitative disciplines; MBA preferred.
