Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $110,000–$140,000

What you will do

  • Own and optimize the Salesforce ecosystem, including data architecture, workflow automation, and CRM data integrity.
  • Design lead scoring models, account routing logic, and campaign attribution frameworks to improve conversion rates.
  • Build GTM data flows between Salesforce, marketing platforms, and third-party systems.
  • Implement AI-powered workflows to aggregate data and surface insights on pipeline health and buyer behavior.
  • Develop marketing attribution models to measure channel performance across paid media, ABM, and email.
  • Automate reporting, alerts, and playbooks for revenue teams to increase decision-making speed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in GTM Engineering or Revenue Operations within B2B SaaS.
  • Strong Salesforce expertise in building reports, dashboards, data models, and complex workflows.
  • Proven experience designing marketing attribution models for multi-channel performance.
  • Hands-on experience with intent data platforms (e.g., UserGems) and BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to automate analysis and build intelligent workflows.
  • Must be based in the United States.
