About the Role

You will monitor the operations of the trading platforms, handle the reception and transmission of client orders, execute client transactions, follow daily procedures and produce daily reports, investigate and respond to client queries in a timely and accurate manner, keep up with daily market news and economic events, investigate, troubleshoot, and analyze various trading system performance activities, participate in Dealing Department projects, and assist senior dealers and key stakeholders in their tasks.

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business and Management or a relevant field
• 1 year of previous experience in CIF, Bank, or IT sector
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• A good understanding of programming and Crypto will be considered an advantage
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Strong Analytical skills
• Excellent Mathematics skills

Responsibilities

• Keeping up with daily market news and economic events
• Investigating, troubleshooting, and analyzing various trading system performance activities

• Assisting senior dealers and the key stakeholders in their tasks
