What you will do

• Prepare various financial reports systematically using Oracle (Fusion and FCCS) and Power BI.
• Manage monthly balance sheet reviews by operational business lines and research trial balance anomalies.
• Perform Blackline reconciliations, post journal entries, and manage changes to the chart of accounts.
• Coordinate required SOX reporting and collaborate with external auditors for quarterly and year-end requests.
• Work with extended global accounting teams on transactions involving taxes, acquisitions, and liquidations.
• Interact with corporate departments including Tax, Treasury, SEC reporting, and FP&A.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of demonstrated experience in accounting and/or auditing.
• Must be based in or able to work from the office in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong understanding of accounting for foreign currencies.
• Ability to perform complex analysis and meet designated deadlines independently.

Nice to have

• RCA / ACCA certification or being a candidate for these certifications.
• Proficiency in Oracle (Fusion and FCCS) reporting tools.
• Experience with Power BI reporting tools.
