What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end sales compensation processes including plan design, modeling, and commission calculations.
  • Translate complex data from Salesforce and ICM platforms into actionable insights for revenue growth.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and FP&A leadership to align compensation structures with financial outcomes.
  • Analyze total cost of sales to improve investment efficiency and incentive structures.
  • Provide reporting and forecasting for variable compensation across various planning horizons.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation to increase accuracy and scalability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, FP&A, or related financial roles.
  • Direct experience with sales compensation, incentive design, or ICM systems.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and their impact on P&L, cash flow, and balance sheets.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, ICM platforms, and large data environments.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, matrixed organization.
