What you will do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes ensuring US GAAP compliance.
• Oversee accounting operations and provide mentorship to junior accounting staff.
• Support internal and external audit processes with accurate documentation.
• Manage indirect tax compliance, including preparation and reconciliation of tax returns.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Tax, FP&A, AP, and Billing teams to align on financial objectives.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and support special management projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance with a strong understanding of GAAP.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software like Oracle.
• Availability required during the first five working days of each month from 12 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (EEST).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
