What you will do

• Ensure transparent and timely financial steering of projects throughout their lifecycle.
• Support project managers and cross-functional teams in achieving targets for cost and profitability.
• Manage investment planning and financial risk management.
• Maintain financial discipline and cost compliance across the project portfolio.
• Enable fact-based decision-making through professional controlling expertise.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in controlling, project controlling, or financial planning.
• Proficiency in SAP, FACTON, and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Fluency in English (German is an advantage).
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is a strong advantage.
