Location: Must be based in the United States. This role follows a hybrid schedule (3 days a week in the office) for employees reporting to the New York office.
Salary: $105,000 - $120,000

What you will do
- Develop and execute the annual B2B events strategy, including conferences, field events, and hosted experiences.
- Manage end-to-end event operations, including budgets, vendor relationships, logistics, and onsite execution.
- Partner with commercial leadership to align event activities with target accounts and sales priorities.
- Oversee event platforms, registration workflows, and lead capture processes to ensure data handoff to Sales and Marketing.
- Analyze event performance metrics to inform future strategy, prioritization, and investment decisions.
- Mentor team members and establish scalable processes and playbooks for the growing events program.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B events within the healthcare benefits sector.
- Must be based in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale conferences and complex, multi-stakeholder events.
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated end-to-end budget ownership.
- Ability to partner effectively with Sales and navigate competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and execution-focused mindset.
