TL;DR

Events Manager (B2B Marketing): Owning the strategy, planning, and execution of the B2B events portfolio to drive pipeline growth and brand presence in the benefits market. Focus on managing complex multi-stakeholder events, optimizing ROI through data-driven insights, and collaborating with commercial leadership to align event activity with sales priorities.

Location: Must be based in the United States. This role follows a hybrid schedule (3 days a week in the office) for employees reporting to the New York office.

Salary: $105,000 - $120,000

What you will do

  • Develop and execute the annual B2B events strategy, including conferences, field events, and hosted experiences.
  • Manage end-to-end event operations, including budgets, vendor relationships, logistics, and onsite execution.
  • Partner with commercial leadership to align event activities with target accounts and sales priorities.
  • Oversee event platforms, registration workflows, and lead capture processes to ensure data handoff to Sales and Marketing.
  • Analyze event performance metrics to inform future strategy, prioritization, and investment decisions.
  • Mentor team members and establish scalable processes and playbooks for the growing events program.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B events within the healthcare benefits sector.
  • Must be based in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale conferences and complex, multi-stakeholder events.
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated end-to-end budget ownership.
  • Ability to partner effectively with Sales and navigate competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and execution-focused mindset.
