What you will do

• Lead the operational planning and execution of Tier 2 and Tier 3 tradeshows and marketing events.
• Manage event logistics including transportation, booth operations, inventory, and shipping.
• Coordinate speaker travel, scheduling, and presentation deadlines.
• Oversee relationships with vendors, venues, and fulfillment partners to ensure service excellence.
• Maintain project plans, spend trackers, and event documentation in Asana.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align event execution with business objectives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 2–5 years of experience in event coordination, tradeshow operations, or logistics.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana preferred), Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Experience coordinating shipments, inventory, and event logistics.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with tradeshow booth asset management or storage vendors.
• Familiarity with supply chain processes or shipping platforms.
• Experience tracking budgets and managing spend trackers.
