What you will do

• Execute social media strategy across priority channels with a primary focus on LinkedIn.
• Manage the editorial calendar and deliver a mix of news, thought leadership, and campaign content.
• Partner with internal leaders and client spokespeople to strengthen executive visibility.
• Track performance using defined KPIs and build dashboards to report on awareness and engagement.
• Write and refine social copy and create quick-turn assets using design tools like Canva.
• Support community engagement through comment monitoring and real-time interaction.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and willing to travel for business needs.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in marketing communications, content marketing, or social media.
• Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies across owned and earned channels.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn best practices and platform policies.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong eye for timely storylines.
• Openness to innovation including AI to improve processes and alleviate friction.
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
• CRCR or other approved certification required.
