Director, Sales Business Partner (Software): Leading and scaling a team of strategic Sales Business Partners to support sales leaders in planning and executing business operations with an accent on alignment between sales strategy and operational execution. Location: Remote (US). External candidates are not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, and WA.
Salary: $171,120 - $251,600

What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of Sales Business Partners, establishing clear goals and role consistency to drive GTM success.
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor and business partner to a multi-billion dollar sales organization.
- Manage business operations including forecasting, pipeline health, and recurring executive business updates.
- Translate high-level sales strategies into actionable operational plans and oversee their execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to align strategies and outcomes.
- Drive local implementation and adoption of transformational GTM programs and sales initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales operations, sales, or strategy consulting.
- Minimum 2+ years partnering with senior software/tech sales leaders in organizations with $1B+ in sales.
- Proven experience in direct people management and developing high-performing teams.
- Deep knowledge of GTM models, sales planning, territory carving, and sales compensation strategy.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with consumption or usage-based revenue models.
- Graduate degree (Master's or MBA).
