What you will do

• Design and develop cybersecurity, security awareness, and compliance training content for diverse audiences.
• Create story-driven microlearning modules ranging from 30 seconds to 5 minutes in length.
• Research and translate complex security topics into clear, accurate, and engaging learning experiences.
• Write realistic scenarios covering phishing, AI threats, social engineering, and regulations like NIST, HIPAA, and GDPR.
• Tailor messaging, tone, and technical depth for IT professionals, developers, and general employees.
• Produce visually engaging content using eLearning, video, and design tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience creating cybersecurity, security awareness, or compliance training content.
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, adult learning, or storyboarding.
• 3+ years of experience writing content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with tools such as Vyond, Articulate Rise, Storyline, Synthesia, Camtasia, Canva, or Captivate.
• Must be based in Miami, FL.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, English, instructional design, or a related field.
• Experience designing short-form, scenario-based, or story-driven learning experiences.
• Proficiency with content management systems and strong editing/proofreading skills.
