Location: Hybrid (US). Must be based in the US and attend an office or client site at least three days per week.
Salary: $104,000 – $156,000

What you will do
- Partner with growth leaders to identify capability gaps in pipeline development, storytelling, and pricing to drive revenue.
- Translate firm growth strategy into actionable learning experiences and comprehensive content development plans.
- Design practice-based learning solutions, including role plays, simulations, and deal labs, for mid-to-senior professionals.
- Manage global and offshore vendors, overseeing timelines, quality standards, and project deliverables.
- Align programs to business metrics such as win rates and pipeline growth to create a data-driven ROI evaluation strategy.
- Coach junior designers and foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture across global and regional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; advanced certification in instructional design or adult learning is preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in instructional design or learning development, ideally within professional services.
- Proven experience designing programs focused on business development, sales strategy, or client relationship management.
- Expertise in designing blended, virtual, in-person, and experiential learning solutions across different geographies.
- Must be based in the US and able to attend an office or client site at least three days per week.
- Strong consultative skills and expert proficiency in MS Office 365.
