What you will do

• Lead a fabrication team to complete manufacturing projects, delegating assignments based on skill and experience.
• Oversee daily work, handle minor discipline, and assist with new hire orientation and training.
• Provide technical guidance to team members to resolve advanced welding and fabrication problems.
• Inspect completed work and track resources, materials, and employee time for inventory purposes.
• Perform hands-on assembly and sub-assembly for manufacturing projects as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area according to safety management standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in Dallas, TX.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience in manufacturing or fabrication.
• Proven experience in effectively leading a team of employees.
• AWS D1.1 FCAW (Flux Core Arc Welding) certification required.
• Ability to interpret and follow blueprints and engineering diagrams.
