What you will do

• Measure and mark pipes for cutting, threading, and welding.
• Read and follow blueprints to select pipe types/sizes and related materials (supports, hangers, hydraulic cylinders).
• Cut, thread, and bend pipe using specialty tools and equipment.
• Assemble and install/secure piping systems using hand and power tools.
• Test piping systems for leaks by pressurizing lines and monitoring gauges.
• Diagnose and isolate problematic distribution points and complete corrective and emergency repairs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of pipefitting/maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprint specifications.
• Ability to calculate dimensions and use basic math.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical.
• Must have a valid driver’s license/identification card.
