What you will do

• Manage and assign drawing tasks to Wiring Designers based on project priority and individual capacity.
• Review point-to-point diagrams and panel layouts to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
• Develop and deliver targeted training sessions, documentation, and a competency curriculum for junior designers.
• Lead process-review workshops to identify and eliminate inefficiencies within the wiring drafting workflow.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the wiring design team and Electrical Engineering management.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering to translate production feedback into drafting improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Jacksonville, Florida.
• 4–6 years of experience creating point-to-point wiring diagrams and control panel layouts.
• Background in panel-shop, industrial control, or switchgear manufacturing environments.
• Minimum of 2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity managing technical drafters or designers.
