Technical Program Manager (Robotics)

Location: Fremont Office, United States; on-site

Salary: $130,000–$180,000 per year

What you will do

• Maintain project roadmaps, milestones, owners, dependencies, and launch timelines.
• Coordinate frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, AI/data, and robot-side teams.
• Lead cross-functional execution and regular progress reviews.
• Identify delivery blockers and risks, then develop mitigation plans.
• Manage integration, testing, release readiness, and production rollouts.
• Communicate status, decisions, and timeline changes to key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical program management or software project management.
• Experience delivering complex software platform, SaaS, cloud, IoT, or robotics projects.
• Strong understanding of software development and release processes.
• Excellent organization, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Ability to work on-site at the Fremont office.

• Experience with robotics platforms, fleet management, OTA, or AI systems.
