Associate Enterprise Project Manager (Fintech)

Salary: $82,900 - $154,000 annually (Target: $106,600 - $130,100)

What you will do

• Lead project execution from planning through implementation and closure to ensure delivery of objectives.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather, refine, and document business requirements iteratively.
• Develop and maintain project roadmaps, schedules, and resource plans to keep teams aligned.
• Manage risks and identify potential obstacles to remove barriers impacting project success.
• Support project governance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight.
• Coordinate vendor activities and manage release/go-live implementation plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading or supporting business and/or technology projects.
• Must be a resident of WA, CA, VA, NC, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, or SC.
• Demonstrated ability to execute multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Professional certification such as PMP or CAPM.
• Agile certifications such as CSM or ACP.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery environments.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams in complex organizations.
