• Lead and oversee end-to-end software implementations within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project artifacts and internal documentation.
• Communicate project expectations clearly to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive successful strategic client projects.
• Manage multiple tiers of client implementations and diverse project types.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in complex enterprise SaaS implementations (ERP, CRM).
• PMP certification is required.
• Proven track record of managing detailed implementation plans and cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with senior leadership and clients.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong foundation in project management methodologies and tools.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing ERP platforms.
• Industry-specific knowledge in GovCon or AEC.
