What you will do

• Maintain and update integrated project plans and initiative trackers, ensuring accuracy across timelines, dependencies, and owners
• Coordinate and run weekly workstream check-ins, capturing updates, actions, and decisions
• Track milestones, risks, issues, and decisions with clear visibility and timely escalation
• Prepare executive-ready status reporting, including risk summaries and progress toward deliverables
• Perform ad-hoc analytics and data analysis to support project insights and decision-making
• Support benefits realization tracking and ensure consistent use of PMO templates, tools, and processes

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, healthcare operations, project management, or related fields
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills to manage multiple workstreams and priorities
• Experience maintaining project plans, trackers, and reporting tools with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Analytical mindset for ad-hoc analyses and clear synthesis into insights
• Proficiency creating executive-ready materials (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel)
• Legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
