What you will do

• Own the full project lifecycle for multi-disciplinary projects involving software, infrastructure, security, and hardware.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear project plans, milestones, and risk assessments for diverse stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring formal documentation and approval for all changes.
• Lead requirements-gathering efforts across technical, security, and business domains.
• Coordinate work across development, systems integration, and operations teams to resolve delivery challenges.
• Conduct project retrospectives to identify systemic issues and drive continuous improvement in governance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of project management experience with a focus on technical delivery.
• Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization.
• Demonstrated experience delivering software-centric and infrastructure-heavy systems in secure or regulated environments.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate senior technical resources including software engineers and systems integrators.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in card personalization, financial services, or government environments.
• Experience managing projects involving PKI, HSMs, or identity systems.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
