What you will do

• Lead cross-functional project plans for mergers, acquisitions, and core conversions.
• Manage key milestones, mitigate project risks, and coordinate critical conversion events.
• Collect and analyze operational data to track KPIs and program health.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Interface with clients to resolve technical and operational challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
• Design What-if models for project P&L and resource allocations.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available).
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience (or advanced degree with 3+ years).
• Strong experience with project management methodologies (PMP or PMI preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with Jira, Salesforce, and PowerBI.
• Fluent written and oral communication in English.
• Financial services and enterprise software experience.
