What you will do

• Lead medium to large-scale projects from initial concept to final implementation and warranty.
• Provide strategic direction to project teams and optimize performance across cross-functional groups.
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and impacts to sponsors and key stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain project governance in alignment with corporate standards.
• Collaborate with change management teams to ensure successful adoption of project deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.

Requirements

• US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of project or program management experience.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and business-to-technology translation.
• Experience working in environments leveraging Agile principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project).

• PMP or PgMP certification.
