What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs in tech/fintech environments.
• Partner with program managers, product owners, and engineering teams to coordinate roadmaps and milestones.
• Define product roadmaps and establish KPIs to track and measure performance.
• Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate program updates effectively to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for workflow improvement and scalability through automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in Technical Program Management within technology or fintech companies.
• 1+ years of experience working in Agile development environments.
• Proven track record of managing multiple large, complex, cross-functional programs.
• Experience managing multi-million dollar program budgets and tracking financials.
• Authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• Master's degree (MBA or MS).
• Domain expertise in payments, fraud, risk/compliance, or financial platforms.
• PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or Lean Six Sigma certifications.
• Proficiency with tools like ServiceNow (PPM), Smartsheet, MS Project, or Azure DevOps.
