What you will do

• Perform regular in-person inspections of public spaces and individual units to maintain brand standards.
• Coordinate and liaise with housekeeping partners and service vendors to ensure property readiness.
• Identify and execute cost-effective property improvements and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Provide immediate on-site support for guest issues, including lockouts and last-minute requests.
• Manage and stock supply inventory according to provided guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be based in Nashville, TN.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with modern technology tools and comfort using a toolkit for minor repairs.
• Strong focus on quality control and the ability to implement streamlined operational processes.
